Christian Union Bible College
![]() Christian Union Bible College exists to equip men and women to minister to the spiritual and physical needs of the people in their communities. Realizing the situation of the people of Papua New Guinea, CUBC strives to fill the gap in spiritual education for those who primarily speak Tok Pisin.
CUBC offers a 3 year comprehensive course of study. During these 3 years, our students receive a variety of classes that are designed to develop their spiritual maturity and prepare them for the ministry that God has given them. CUBC does this by providing a strong Biblical foundation in the first year. Year 2 builds upon this foundation by combining theology and ministry together. In the final year, students continue their studies while doing practical ministry assignments in both the nearby communities and the remote locations of PNG. Along with the Biblical education, our students learn skills that will help them minister to people’s physical needs. These skills are learned in Hygiene and First Aid, Community Life and Service, and various trade classes. CUBC understands that it is their responsibility to provide a biblical education to the whole family. The spouses of our students receive 2 years of training, starting with literacy and moving into Bible. While the spouses are in class, the children are trained in a Sunday School type setting. Along with their classroom studies, all students, spouses, and children are required to participate in work duties, sports activities, and chapels. CUBC strives to build strong Christian families that work, play, and minister together. If you would like to meet our staff and find out more about them, click here. Along with our traditional courses, CUBC has started a satellite program. Classes are being taught in five locations throughout the Southern Highlands Province.
